We provide a crisis response service for urgent situations.
In addition, we deliver proactive support to help employees manage stress and build resilience.
Our approach is empathic, supportive, and focused on real results.
As a result, employees feel more empowered and better equipped to handle workplace challenges.
This support helps people perform at their best and maintain emotional wellbeing.
Ultimately, we aim to create healthier, more productive work environments through tailored mental health support.

EMPLOYERS ARE RECOGNISING THE RISING NUMBER OF ABSENCES DUE TO THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THEIR PEOPLE.
At Internal Growth we provide employers with a reactive (crisis service) and pro-active solution to support their employees. We use an empathic, supportive and results focused approach with the aim of effectively providing counselling intervention when it is needed. It is proven that positive well-being improves performance within the workplace as well as increasing staff engagement.
Internal Growth employee assistance programmes work with a variety of therapy approaches to be able to support an employee who’s psychological wellbeing is being impacted at work or by external influences. An employee may experience distress, burnout, stress or bullying in work. However, other factors such as grief and loss, relationship or family issues, or unforeseen traumatic life experiences may result in their work performance being affected.
Alternatively, employees may have experienced a distressing or traumatic experience and as a team this may have impacted them. As an employer, offering counselling to team members for support through difficult periods can help them and company performance, as well as supporting their colleagues’ well-being.
Engaging with our services will involve outlining types of therapy available and recommended number of sessions available for your employees. Initial assessments will be carried out before therapeutic plans are implemented.
We will work with the employees and employers’ availability that suits them best and sessions can be conducted at a centre or virtually depending on the client’s preference. Counselling is offered when the employee voluntarily wishes to take part. All sessions are confidential and between the employee and counsellor.
